AI and storage

When you ask InCheck to analyse a complaint or generate a summary, the relevant text may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce the result.

Uploaded evidence is stored in private storage and should only be accessible to the account holder and authorised operators.

We use activity logs so the team can see what is happening in the product and troubleshoot issues when something goes wrong.
